Slowely, the large brute guided himself towards the clan territory. His tail was lonely dragging itself along as if it were some dead mouse being dragged by a vicious hawk. Occasionally the breeze would pick it up and make it thrash like a kite stuck in an oak tree. His blue pools burned like fire, he we outraged. He had gotten into a small fight with a Tangledclan Queen because two of her kits were playing near deathberries and had taken blame on him. Most clan cats could be real pricks, that is why he had come to this one. His head was lowered, he knew killing one of the kits was wrong -- but the queen had deserved it! His paws were still soaked in fresh blood that was soon to stain his fur.
He was barely into the camp when he caught her sent. She filled him with hope, he loved her. A cat came crashing by, injured. "Of course," his voice trailed off. He stealthily led himself into a bush, and rubbed himself in the strange sented smell of leaf-bare. The nimble she came quickly to tend to the injured cat's leg, working with squinted eyes. How he adored her, so. The injury was deep, seemed like something he could have caused -- but he hadn't gotten into an pay quarels with Iceclan. Shadowstep Wouldn't appreciate it.
Once the patient made his way from the resting spot outside of the clan camp, the reversed tuxedo dared to call her. "Shadowstep! Shadowstep, it's me." He could tell she must have known he was there, her reaction wasn't too strange. He grinned, he didn't know how such an innocent creature like her could love him. But, somehow fate told her to.
